Low GI Christmas Log cake – Healthy & Delicious!

Really impressed by this log cake from @aurorafood.sg as it not only is healthy, but also tastes absolutely delicious! I had the Decorated log cake with Mixed Flavours – Mao Shan Wang Durian and Blackforest and it comes with really cute decorations. What's more, it's baked locally with Low GI cake sponge using Patented Blood sugar control technology!

The MSW Durian flavour was really mind-blowing as they use REAL FRUIT and there is still the fibre in the fillings! Highly recommend the MSW flavour.

The Black Forest one was refreshing with not too sweet cherry fillings and Chocolate mousse. Comes with FREE DIY decoration kit as well and you can have fun assembling your own log cake tower like I did!

Love the soft texture of the muffin is tasty and tastes not so sweet. You can add your own topping for the muffin while baking it.’
